Our beef cattle are naturally pasture-raised, free range on organic grasslands, and never given any antibiotics, steroids or synthetic hormones. We raise them using organic growing methods, which we believe helps make this stock as nutrient-rich as possible.
Bone broth has been known for its health benefits for thousands of years, by almost every traditional culture. It is an excellent source of collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, gelatin, amino acids, minerals, and other compounds — supporting the health of your muscles, joints, hair, nails, and skin.

Please note: because this is an all-natural, unfiltered product, some separation will occur. We leave a small amount of beef fat in the broth, which you will see floating in globules at the top of the jar. This is completely normal, and serves to enhance the flavour of your dishes.
Shelf-stable for one year. Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze in glass jars.
