1 cup Pearl Tapioca
6 cups water (boiling) Put in slow cooker and stir occasionally the first hour to avoid lumping.
When the balls are mostly clear, remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool. Stir in whipped cream and fresh fruit or whatever you desire.
