Taste the difference of fresh cut cheese!
Our naturally aged 3 year old cheddar is sharp and crumbly. Use 3 year old cheddar on a charcuterie board with dried fruits, nuts, landjaegers etc. or eat at breakfast with your jam and toast! All of our older cheddars will have salt granules and crystals due to aging. If you are looking for older or sharper cheese, try our 5 – 10 year old cheddars!
