    Our naturally aged 5 year old cheddar is sharp and crumbly...and oh so delicious! Use in cheese sauces for pasta, cheese trays, or shred into a fresh garden salad. The uses are endless! It has a fully matured sharpness and flavor with a dry but rich, crumbly texture. All of our older cheddars will have salt granules and crystals due to aging.
