Marinade Sauce from the Nguyen's Restaurant 500 ml Marinade sauce recommendations : Marinade up to 7lbs of protein (meat) with 500mls of marinade sauce. Suggestions are to use proteins such as chicken, pork or beef. Your choice! For marinating meat and poultry, we recommend 4-6 hours total, for best flavour and covered in the fridge.
