Approx. 1.5 lbs. Our Old Fashioned Pearl Tapioca has been a tried and true dessert over the years! This was a popular dish in the depression times when fruit was scarce. Try out this recipe for Tapioca Pudding. 1 cup Pearl Tapioca 6 cups water (boiling) Put in slow cooker and stir occasionally the first hour to avoid lumping. When the balls are mostly clear, remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool. Stir in whipped cream and fresh fruit or whatever you desire.
